I am worried about the language barrier.
Rest assured — from the initial inquiry until the final booking, we will communicate with you in your preferred language.
On the wedding day, we will also send an interpreter to the venue to support you onsite.
Which areas in Japan and how many chapel options are available?
As of early 2026, we offer weddings in three areas: Okinawa, Hokkaido, and Kyoto, with approximately 15 chapel options available.
We are also continuously expanding our partner venues.
Could you explain the process from inquiry to the wedding day?
- Inquiry (We recommend contacting us about 1 year before your preferred wedding date.)
- 30-minute online meeting (1 free meeting before booking) or consultation by email
- We will send venue information and an estimate based on your preferences
- Reservation (A non-refundable deposit of 100,000 JPY is required)
- Selection of ceremony options, party menu, floral arrangements, etc.

What is the general format and content of weddings in Japan?
Details vary depending on the venue, but generally:
You may choose between a Christian-style ceremony or a non-religious civil ceremony.
A ceremony includes:
Minister/Officiant, live musicians (organ + harp/trumpet), choir/singer,
coordinator, and on-site interpreter.
Unlike Western weddings, the ceremony flow is fixed according to the venue’s manual.
Freedom is limited, but in exchange, the couple can leave everything to the staff,
making preparation much easier and stress-free.
Can I bring my own wedding dress?
Yes — we highly recommend bringing your dress.
Rental dresses in Japan are extremely expensive and sizes for overseas couples are limited.
There is no dress corkage fee, and we provide pressing/steaming service for your garments.
Can I bring my own photographer?
This depends on the venue, but in most cases it is not allowed.
We can review it during the meeting.
Can I bring my own master of ceremonies (MC)?
No, external MCs cannot be brought in.
Is it possible to rent only the chapel space?
No, chapel-only rental is not available.
Can we request specific songs to be played during the ceremony?
This also depends on the venue, but in most cases it is not allowed.
Because Japan has strict copyright procedures, requesting specific songs requires:
・Copyright usage confirmation
・Permission checks for the musicians
・Additional copyright fees
・Administrative processing
Please understand that these costs and extra procedures must be borne by the customer.
Will there be other couples having weddings on the same day?
Most venues host 6–8 weddings per day.
However, each time slot is reserved for one couple only,
so you will not encounter other couples or guests.
The operations are highly systematic, ensuring full privacy.
We would like to have an outdoor party. Is that possible?
Outdoor parties are available only at a few limited venues,
but we can absolutely arrange it depending on the location.
Please inquire for details.
How many guests can we invite?
This varies by venue:
- Small venues: 8 guests
- Large venues: up to ~70 guests
Most chapels accommodate 30–40 guests on average.
We would like to host a second party until around midnight (12 AM–1 AM).
All venues must close by 22:00,
so late-night parties are not allowed.
However:
If you schedule the main ceremony and party earlier,
we can arrange a second party (about 3 hours) afterward.
We have extensive experience hosting welcome parties, ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, and after-parties, so feel free to consult with us.
How many days before the wedding should we arrive in Japan?
Because some venues require a meeting the day before the wedding,
and to allow recovery from jet lag for long-distance travelers,
we recommend arriving 2 days before the wedding.
Example schedule:
Day 1 – Arrive in Japan / hotel check-in
Day 2 – Meeting at venue, sightseeing
Day 3 – Wedding & party
Day 4 – Sightseeing
Day 5 – Return home
What do couples need to do before the wedding day?
- Prepare the guest list and communicate with guests
- Complete the hair & makeup request sheet
- Prepare attire
(dress & veil, undergarments, shoes, tuxedo, shirt, tie, shoes) - Purchase wedding rings
- Arrange accommodation (we can assist if needed)
- Select menu, flowers, décor, and optional items
What should we bring with us to Japan for the wedding?
- Wedding attire
- Personal vows
(paper looks much better in photos than reading from a phone) - Wedding rings
- Usual travel essentials
- Everything else will be prepared by the venue.
